North Sighthill our regeneration project which provides 184 new homes of varying sizes types and tenures and creates an inclusive neighbourhood in Edinburgh is shortlisted for both the ‘Affordable Housing (Social Rent over 100 Units)’ and ‘Excellence in Accessibility and Inclusion’ categories!

Bedford Street our development in Lauriestoncomprising 24 flats in two blocks which aim to reconcile the different geometries between the new Laurieston development the A-Listed Old British Linen Bank and original street patternhas been shortlisted in the ‘Affordable Housing (Social Rent under 100 Units)’ category.
