Social, environmental and sustainability reporting and disclosures
We focus on both in-house and client-based practices, like achieving our ISO 14001 Environmental Management accreditation and practicing energy-efficient architectural design on every project.Many of our employee owners are experts in – and have accreditations for – Passivhaus and PAS 2035 Retrofit Standards. Our projects have won a number of awards in this area, whether they’re affordable housing, healthcare buildings or community facilities.Read more about our services
Progressive policies and processes
We strongly encourage and support participation in progressive policies and processes, which – as a 100% employee-owned business – we all take part in.With our knowledge gained from our research into embodied carbon and place-based carbon sequestration, we developed our net zero design service Balance. And with our salary sacrifice schemes, lots of our staff travel to work by bike or EV.Find out more about our approach
