Greendykes KLM builds upon the success of the Greendykes G project a collaborative effort between the City of Edinburgh Council and Urban Union. This ambitious development introduces 140 new homes thoughtfully designed to cater to both social and mid-market rent sectors.
Phase KLM offers a variety of dwellings planned to accommodate various household types. The architectural design employs a similar material palette and style as Phase G yet distinguishes itself through unique brick detailing and thoughtfully curated landscaping. The integration of these elements creates a complementary yet distinct visual identity for the development.
The project incorporates a net zero energy strategy extensive planting to enhance biodiversity and integrated cycle parking. These features collectively contribute to a greener more sustainable living environment.
