Our Clydebank East project for West Dunbartonshire Council is progressing well on site. Located at the corner of Glasgow Road and Mill Road this new neighbourhood will create 88 new affordable homes featuring a mix of terraced semi-detached and detached houses and flats.

The neighbourhood benefits from a communal air source heat pump providing sustainable energy to the new homes and will be the first net-zero carbon housing development for West Dunbartonshire Council.
